Web Developer & Coder (Full Stack)

You will be working with Instant Digital Marketing Solutions, a fast-growing company specializing in publishing, content creation, and innovative digital solutions. As a Full Stack Web Developer & Coder, you will join a dynamic team to support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, especially with BuddyBoss or BuddyPress frameworks
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP code
• Customize themes and plugins to enhance user experience and performance
• Integrate payment gateways, email marketing tools, and CRM systems
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile, and accessibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align tech with branding
• Manage site backups, hosting migrations, and regular maintenance

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in web development (WordPress & custom coding)
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience with BuddyBoss or BuddyPress is highly preferred
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Familiar with tools like GitHub, Trello, Figma, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Nice to Have:

• Experience with membership sites, LMS platforms, or community forums
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, LearnDash, Mailchimp, or Zapier
• Graphic editing skills using Canva, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Knowledge of security best practices (SSL, firewalls, etc.)
