Role Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing PowerPoint presentations for various purposes such as training programs, executive communications, and internal marketing. Your role will also involve developing video-based content and creating visual assets aligned with corporate branding and training standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear and engaging visuals that translate complex concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, polish, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for training programs, executive communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Develop video-based learning and communication content, including animated or explainer-style videos using tools like Vyond, Powtoon, or similar platforms.
- Create and design visual assets such as proofs of concept, templates, e-learning layouts, flyers, brochures, and graphics aligned with corporate branding.
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing using Adobe Premiere or similar software.
- Collaborate closely with learning, communications, and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing environments, plant operations, and machinery to ensure accuracy and relevance in all materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification Required:
- Formal degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field OR equivalent professional work experience demonstrating strong design capabilities.
- Proven experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations for training and executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience developing video content, including animation or explainer videos, using tools such as Vyond, Powtoon, or comparable video creation software.
- Intermediate experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing tools).
- Prior experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of plant operations, industrial processes, and machinery and equipment concepts. Role Overview:
