Job Description
As a Videographer at our fast-growing lifestyle and hospitality brand, your role will involve bringing brand stories to life through powerful visual content. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media, campaigns, and brand communication. You will also be capturing food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle content that highlights our brand identity. It's essential to deliver content tailored to platform needs, such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
Your creative input will be highly valued as you collaborate with the marketing team to ideate storytelling concepts. You should be comfortable suggesting innovative formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep the content fresh and engaging. In terms of editing and post-production, you will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished final videos with a strong narrative flow. Adding sound design, color grading, text overlays, and effects as required to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content.
Event & Activation Coverage will be a crucial part of your role, where you will capture on-ground events, pop-ups, collaborations, and influencer activations. Producing highlight reels and behind-the-scenes content in real time when needed. Collaborating closely with the Social Media and Brand Marketing teams is essential to align content with the overall strategy. You will manage equipment, lighting, and shoot logistics independently or with vendors.
In terms of asset management, you will maintain an organized video library of raw footage and final edits, ensuring all content is backed up and easily accessible.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Capture food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle content that highlights brand identity.
- Deliverables tailored to platform needs (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate storytelling concepts.
- Suggest innovative formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos with strong narrative flow.
- Add sound design, color grading, text overlays, and effects as required.

**Qualifications Required:**
- 47 years of proven experience in videography and editing (preferably for F&B, lifestyle, or digital-first brands).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of social-first formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok-style).
- Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and handle lighting setups.
- Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
