Role Overview:
You will be the Vice President (C13) for Sales Growth & Enablement Analytics in the TTS Analytics team at our company. Reporting to the SVP leading the team, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts across C9-C12 levels. Your role will involve conducting multiple analyses throughout the year to optimize pricing for existing clients across products and recommending the best price for new deals with prospective clients. Utilizing various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques, you will work with different data sources to provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts across C9-C12 levels
- Conduct multiple analyses on optimizing pricing for existing clients and recommending best prices for new deals
- Utilize various analytical approaches, tools, and techniques
- Work with different data sources such as client profile & engagement data, transactions & revenue data, digital data, unstructured data like call transcripts & contracts
- Provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10-13 years of experience in data analytics
Must have:
- Sales / Marketing analytics experience
- Experience in client acquisition analytics, sales/marketing strategy optimization, sales funnel optimization, cross-sell, and retention
- Proficiency in different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison
- Predictive modeling using Machine Learning
- Experience with unstructured data analysis, e.g., call transcripts, using Natural Language Processing (NLP)/Text Mining
Good to have:
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in B2B setting or in businesses with corporate clients
- Experience working with data from different sources and of different complexity
Skills:
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to understand complex business problems, break them down into simpler solvable parts, and develop analytical approaches
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in converting business problems into analytical tasks and analytical findings into business insights
- Proficiency in identifying trends and patterns with data
Tools and Platforms:
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL
- Experience in Hive
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Good to have:
- Experience with PySpark
- Experience with Tableau
Soft Skills:
- Ability to drive clear and comprehensive communication flow between business stakeholders and the team
- Building and managing high-performance teams
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Drive ideation on analytical projects to tackle strategic business priorities
