As a dynamic and strategic Vice President Sales, your role will involve leading and scaling sales operations for our organization. Your prior experience working with reputed EdTech organizations or publishers will be valuable in this position. The role requires strong leadership, revenue ownership, channel expansion expertise, and deep relationships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth across regions and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Expand school outreach and institutional partnerships across geographies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop pricing, negotiation, and large-deal closure strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 8-15 years of experience in education sales, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Good relations with K12 Cambridge schools.
  • Proven track record of handling national or multi-state sales operations.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience managing large sales teams and channel distribution models.
  • Understanding of edtech solutions space, experience in edtech sales are of paramount importance.

  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualification Required:
