Venture Capital Analyst

Role Overview: You will play a key role in the investment team by conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and market research for potential investments in fintech companies. Your main responsibility will be to support the investment team throughout the entire investment process, from sourcing to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen potential investment opportunities in the fintech sector. - Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis of target companies. - Perform industry research and competitive analysis. - Prepare investment memos and presentations. - Assist in the negotiation and closing of investments. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. - Understanding of the fintech industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with financial databases and software is a plus.
