Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer at Gallagher, you will play a key role in creating dynamic digital experiences that drive efficiency and business results across Gallagher's digital properties. You will be part of the Digital Products team, working alongside curious, self-driven critical thinkers with an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver lasting value globally. The team focuses on advancing data-led experiences, embracing iterative product design, and collaborating actively across the organization during this digital transformation phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with full-stack developers, scrum master, and product owners to enhance and improve customer digital experiences
- Conceptualize and design creative solutions aligned with brand standards while advancing the brand to new visual experiences
- Develop modern designs for products and websites, keeping accessibility standards and responsive design in mind
- Create and maintain digital design systems shared with internal teams and agencies using tools like Figma
- Produce low and high-fidelity designs and click-through prototypes for user testing across various viewports
- Communicate design rationale and present ideas with UX/UI best practices to project teams and stakeholders
- Advocate for the end user throughout the research, design, and development process
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, corporate digital team, Brand, in-house creative team, and agency partners
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and InVision
- Certification in UI/UX Design, Human-Centered Design, or Interaction Design is highly preferred
- Experience working on agile project teams
- Comfortable working remotely and with distributed teams across different time zones
