User Experience Designer, SAP Services Procurement

In this role at SAP, you will create intuitive, user-centered design solutions that directly impact how users experience products across web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms. Your responsibilities will include delivering: - User flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that solve real user problems and align with business goals - Design work for features and user stories within your Scrum team's sprint commitments - Components and documentation that strengthen the design system and ensure consistency across products. Your work will have a direct impact on product usability and accessibility, making applications more intuitive and inclusive globally. You will also contribute to feature development within your Scrum team and the evolution of design systems and patterns for scalable, cohesive user experiences. You will have opportunities to improve existing features and shape new product capabilities through user research, rapid prototyping, and data-driven insights. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4 years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design process and outcomes - Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and collaborative design workflows - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including information architecture, interaction patterns, and accessibility fundamentals - Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional team environments, preferably with exposure to agile/Scrum methodology - Basic user research capabilities such as conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, and translating findings into design decisions. Your mindset and approach should include user empathy, adaptability, clear communication skills, learning agility, and accountability. Nice to have qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, familiarity with AI best practices, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, understanding of responsive design principles, and mobile-first approaches. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile environment as an embedded member of a Scrum team alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
