User Experience Design Specialist

As a Lead, User Experience Designer at Epsilon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, data-driven experiences across Epsilon's growing suite of internal and client-facing platforms. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists in UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and QA, you will contribute to a unique, design-forward culture where user experience is a core pillar of product development. This role offers opportunities to influence high-impact digital advertising tools, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, allowing you to grow as a strategic design leader within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and best-in-class user experiences. **Responsibilities:** - Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality. - Apply user-centered design principles to create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products. - Conduct and document user research using industry-accepted methodologies and documentation strategies. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the design profession. - Enforce and evolve CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, and adhere to WCAG accessibility standards. - Independently conduct and oversee formal usability testing on projects. - Contribute to design critiques, mentor junior designers, and ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle. - Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve project goals. **Qualifications:** - Five (5) or more years of experience working within established UX teams. - Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. - In-depth knowledge of UX standard processes and the ability to empathize with users. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and a good sense of visual design. - High-level knowledge of front-end and/or back-end web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Possess an accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding design work.
