<p data-end="866" data-start="555">We are hiring experienced professionals for <strong data-end="638" data-start="599">US HELOC / Mortgage Loan Operations</strong> with expertise in handling loan processing, complex HELOC cases, disbursement, insurance, and closing workflows. Candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert and support quality, escalations, and process improvement initiatives.</p>

<li data-end="1106" data-section-id="1ug36z9" data-start="1059">Manage appraisal exceptions and escalations</li>

<li data-end="1180" data-section-id="1e9913j" data-start="1107">Resolve flood and hazard insurance issues impacting HELOC eligibility</li>

<li data-end="1244" data-section-id="1yn6edr" data-start="1181">Ensure closing package readiness and documentation accuracy</li>

<li data-end="1293" data-section-id="18almoz" data-start="1245">Validate disbursement and funding conditions</li>

<li data-end="1895" data-section-id="2i0q8w" data-start="1819">Strong hands-on experience in <strong data-end="1893" data-start="1851">HELOC processing and closing workflows</strong></li>

<li data-end="1975" data-section-id="14tam65" data-start="1896">Good understanding of loan lifecycle, mortgage servicing, and documentation</li>
