Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving annuity sales growth through NPS, Superannuation, and open-market PSU channels. This includes managing and leading a high-performing Front-Line Sales (FLS) team across the assigned region. Your role will also involve establishing strategic tie-ups and empanelment with key PSU clients, as well as executing and monitoring regional sales plans and stakeholder engagement strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting product presentations and webinars for PSU retirees and decision-makers - Maintaining databases and client interaction records to support business continuity - Analyzing regional sales performance and competitor activity for strategic inputs - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on annuity product positioning In addition to the above responsibilities, it is important to note that the job description does not provide any additional details about the company.
