Job Description
As a Finance Manager at Talentfleet, your role will involve:
- Identifying revenue streams and managing costs to achieve the desired EBITDA of the unit
- Initiating and implementing finance strategies for the unit
- Providing financial reports and budgets to achieve the hospital's goals
- Ensuring the hospital's financial, accounting, and credit functions are carried out effectively
- Monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective actions as per defined quality standards
- Maintaining books of accounts as per standards on a timely basis
- Submitting analyzed reports accurately and bringing any deviations to the management's notice
- Engaging with the unit finance team through training, performance management, feedback, coaching, and recognition to motivate them for desired results
- Leading process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospital's finance and administrative operations
- Setting targets for the finance employees working in the hospital
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Mandatory skill in P&L Management
- Qualified CA Inter/ CA/MBA with a background in Hospital management would be an advantage
Experience required:
- CA: 5 years
- CMA: 7-8 years
- MBA: 10 years
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Team management skills
- Ability to think creatively, be highly driven and self-motivated
