UI/UX Expert

As a Usability Testing Expert at Revalsys Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital products deliver exceptional user experiences. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting and analyzing various forms of usability testing such as in-person and remote testing, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys, and usability heuristics evaluations - Gathering qualitative and quantitative data from users to identify pain points, issues, and areas of improvement in the design - Analyzing test results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving product usability - Developing user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to drive design and testing strategy In terms of UI/UX design, you will be expected to: - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs, brand guidelines, and technical requirements - Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user accessibility, efficiency, and overall experience - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs meeting usability standards - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices Your collaboration and communication skills will be key as you: - Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions meeting both user and business needs - Present findings, user research, and design solutions to stakeholders with clear communication and understanding of design rationale - Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute innovative solutions enhancing user experience Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Analyzing usability test data to provide insights into user behavior, task completion rates, and satisfaction - Delivering clear, concise reports outlining usability issues, recommended solutions, and prioritized fixes based on impact - Presenting findings to stakeholders and facilitating discussions around test results Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field - Proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. - Experience in conducting and analyzing usability testing, understanding UX principles, interaction design patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design - Excellent communication and presentation skills In addition to the above qualifications, the following skills and knowledge are preferred: - Certification in UX or Usability - Experience with advanced usability testing techniques like eye-tracking software and heatmaps - Familiarity with Agile development processes If you believe you are a suitable candidate for this position and can contribute effectively to Revalsys Technologies, please send your CV with a covering letter to careers@revalsys.com.
