UI/UX Developer

You will be working as a Senior UI/UX Developer for NIIT, a leading Skills and Talent Development Corporation with a global presence. Your role will involve leading the design and development of user-centric digital experiences, combining UI/UX design expertise with front-end development capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving design strategy, and enhancing user experience through research, testing, and iteration are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete UI/UX design process, including research, wireframing, and prototyping using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible interfaces that meet user needs and align with industry best practices.
• Translate design concepts into responsive, high-performance applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure UI performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 610+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and implemented applications
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
