UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your role is crucial in crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centric web and mobile experiences. With your strong experience in UI/UX design and proficiency in industry-standard tools, you will be responsible for transforming user requirements into elegant interface designs. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless usability across all digital touchpoints.

**Responsibilities:**

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Conduct ongoing user research to inform design decisions.
• Translate business goals and user needs into functional, intuitive design solutions.
• Create storyboards, process flows, user journeys, and sitemaps.
• Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation components, and search interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Produce original graphic assets such as icons, illustrations, and visuals.
• Plan and implement new designs; optimize existing UI layouts.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and interaction behavior.
• Adjust and refine layouts based on user feedback and data insights.
• Present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate design options clearly and effectively.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, style standards, fonts, colors, and imagery.
• Develop technical and business requirements related to UI/UX.
• Deliver user-centered solutions backed by research and best practices.

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Wireframe.cc, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered methodologies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
