UI/UX Designer

As a Junior UX Designer at our Mumbai office in Goregoan East, you will be responsible for assisting in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. You will support the design team in conducting user research and usability testing. Collaborating with senior designers and developers, you will help implement design solutions and continuously learn to enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will consult with the project team to determine visual design preferences, collaborate with various stakeholders, and align visual designs with website functionalities. Staying updated with the latest visual design technologies and trends is crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. - Support the design team in conducting user research and usability testing. - Collaborate with senior designers and developers to implement design solutions. - Consult with the project team to determine visual design preferences. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement UI/UX design solutions. - Design original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts. - Submit visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval promptly. - Meet with the project team for feedback and editing designs when required. - Collaborate with IT developers to align visual designs with website functionalities. - Stay updated with advancements in visual design technologies and applications. - Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. - Stay informed about the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts, and applications for web, desktop, and mobile. - Ability to refine others' ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience. - Well-organized, responsible, and dedicated with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. - Self-learning with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and a fast-evolving environment. - Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma Sketch, or similar tools. - Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin, and other relevant design tools. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
