Role Overview: You will be responsible for interpreting data and transforming it into valuable information such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to aid in improving business processes and decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the technical scope of projects by gathering information from various sources and interpreting patterns and trends. - Develop record management processes and policies. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements. - Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients. - Identify areas for process efficiency and automation. - Set up and maintain automated data processes. - Evaluate and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing. - Produce and track key performance indicators. - Analyze data sets, liaise with clients to understand data content, design and conduct surveys, and prepare reports using business analytics reporting tools. - Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide benchmarking. - Mine and analyze large datasets, draw inferences, and present insights to management. - Develop predictive models and share insights with clients.
