UI / UX Product Designer

As a Design System Lead with over 6 years of experience, your role will primarily involve collaborating with designers to deliver high-quality design assets for the product. You will ensure usability, visual excellence, accessibility, and optimization through close collaboration with product design, research, and engineering teams. Additionally, you will define and refine design workflows, recommend best practices, provide documentation, and facilitate communication between different teams. Your key accountabilities include: - Promoting consistency and efficiency by collaborating closely with designers - Working directly with product design, research, and engineering teams to apply, evolve, and maintain the Design System - Defining and refining design workflows between the design system team and wider community of product designers - Recommending methodologies and best practices to ensure efficiency and consistency - Providing documentation and guidelines for designers to follow - Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams - Overseeing the quality of design deliverables produced by the team - Establishing and enforcing governance policies for the design system - Evaluating, implementing, and maintaining design tools and systems - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders - Promoting the adoption of the design system across the organization Desirable qualifications include a degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centred Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Design.
