UI Engineer (React.js)

As a Front-End/UI Developer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the development of responsive, scalable, and dynamic web applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build seamless user experiences. - Writing clean, maintainable, reusable, and performanceoptimized code following front-end best practices. - Driving front-end architecture to ensure adherence to modern React development principles, modularity, performance, and scalability. - Performing advanced code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintaining standards, and mentoring mid-level and junior developers. - Owning and optimizing state management by selecting the best approach based on project complexity (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, etc.). - Implementing responsive UI with strong expertise in CSS, performance-oriented styling, and modern design systems. - Integrating front-end components with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL. - Guiding the adoption of new front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices across the engineering team. - Applying Shift-Left testing, TDD, and strong quality practices across all development stages. - Driving continuous improvement of front-end performance, including load time, rendering efficiency, and application scalability. - Working in an Agile/Scrum environment and ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Front-End/UI development with expert React + TypeScript skills. - Advanced knowledge of React hooks, routing, performance optimization, and strong state management (Redux/Recoil/Zustand). - Proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, and modern CSS/SCSS/CSS-in-JS. - Experience with Webpack, Vite, Node.js, npm/Yarn, Jest, RTL, Cypress, Playwright, Git/GitHub workflows. - Familiarity with Micro Frontends & Nx monorepos, Solid CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, REST/GraphQL integration. - Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and architectural problem-solving skills.
