UI Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Provide creative leadership to design teams for various collaterals such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, infographics, presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphics, and social media content. - Produce strategically sound conceptual work through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation. - Ensure all creatives are on-brand, user-centric, and aesthetically proficient. - Stay updated on current and future design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers. - Offer art direction support to the team and resolve issues as needed. - Identify opportunities to utilize pop culture trends and creative techniques for exceptional user experiences. - Communicate effectively with customers, understand design briefs, and share ideas. - Lead project discussions with a customer-centric mindset. - Provide innovative design solutions to customers and mentor junior team members on best practices. - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and contribute to organizational initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and experience across digital, social, and integrated media. - Strong visual design and creative thinking capability. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a fast-paced global environment, with team management experience. - Proficient in presentation design, visual storytelling, email and communication design, UI/UX, and workshop materials. - Preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills.
