As a System Training Specialist, your role involves facilitating engaging and impactful training sessions for internal teams and external clients across diverse HR systems. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging and effective system training sessions for internal employees and external clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Developing and maintaining learning content such as training decks, SOPs, scripts, assessments, gamified modules, and eLearning materials.

- Participating in testing and validation of software enhancements to ensure training readiness and system accuracy.
- Supporting training planning by contributing to training calendars, tracking attendance, and maintaining batch throughput metrics.
- Managing and updating content repositories across SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Preparing regular training reports and dashboards and staying current with trends in instructional design, adult learning theory, and technology-based learning.
