Tier 2 Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Having 5 years of hands-on experience in Network engineering. - Demonstrating proven incident and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely and accurate resolution. - Leading network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including hardware and software installation, integration testing, and coordination with minimal disruption to other systems. - Coordinating and communicating effectively with teammates, managers, and clients to maintain high service levels in a demanding workplace. - Leading the development and production of complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software. - Having the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicate information effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - Solid background in network administration and architecture. - At least two years of working knowledge of any SDWAN Technologies. - Experience with security compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, etc. - In-depth understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, OSPF). - Minimum active CCNP Routing & Switching certification, CCIE preferred. - Solid understanding of network operating systems. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Experience with network diagnostic monitoring and analysis tools. - Willingness to support rotation shifts and provide 24/7 on-call support. - Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
