Test Manager

As a Test Manager - IAM at Kiara Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing for Access Management system deliveries. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the security, compliance, and high quality of IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and provisioning systems. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive IAM testing strategy encompassing functional, integration, regression, and security testing - Lead end-to-end testing for identity lifecycle (JML), provisioning, and access workflows - Manage defect lifecycle, coordinate with developers, IAM teams, and vendors - Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to security standards - Collaborate with stakeholders and provide support for UAT - Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for efficient testing processes Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in IAM testing, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT - Deep understanding of SSO, MFA, Federation, RBAC, ABAC, access control, identity lifecycle, provisioning, and privileged access - Experience with tools/platforms like SailPoint, Azure AD (Entra ID), CyberArk - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills It is good to have: - ISTQB Certification - Experience with Agile/DevOps - Knowledge of ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR standards About Kiara Tech Solutions: Kiara Tech Solutions is a tech talent connector operating in India and the UK.
