Test Automation Engineer W/ Databricks

As an Automation Engineer, your role will involve working with Azure Databricks, Selenium BDD, Rest API testing, and automation tasks using Python/PySpark. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in Azure Databricks is a must. - 3+ years of Selenium BDD experience. - 3+ years of Rest API testing / Automation experience. - Prior experience in building automation tests using Python/PySpark. - Proficiency in SQL/Python skills with the ability to write complex queries inside Azure Databricks. - 2+ years of experience working in Azure Databricks. - Building basic workflows or data pipelines inside Azure Data Factory would be an added advantage. - Understanding of file formats including JSON, Parquet, Avro, and others. - Quick learning ability for new technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of software development principles. - Knowledge of Jira. - Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative, commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail. - Solid software engineering skills, with participation in full lifecycle development on large projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have expertise in both Java and Python.
