Technology Strategy and Roadmap Architect

Role Overview: As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation strategies and capabilities, including north star and target blueprints. Your role will involve designing roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. You are expected to be a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset, capable of developing and deploying intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI within Digital Workplace Platforms. Your responsibilities will include implementing AI-driven enhancements to traditional Workplace Endpoint management processes, driving enterprise automation and intelligence. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions for seamless end user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Subject Matter Expert and independently design innovative solutions using GenAI & Agentic architecture in conjunction with technologies from Microsoft, Google, Omnissa, AWS, and other providers. - Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. - Integrate AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows using real-time AI platforms. - Provide advisory input, make team decisions, and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals and assist in their development and understanding of application processes. Qualifications Required: - Ability to align technical AI concepts with business goals to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. - Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI applications demonstrated through project implementations. - Strong knowledge of AI lifecycle, ML algorithms, Neural Networks, NLP, and AI evaluation frameworks. - Experience in collaboration governance frameworks, automation leveraging DevOps pipelines, and managing CI/CD workflows. - Proficiency in architecting and implementing digital workplace platforms and technologies such as Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktops, AWS Workspaces, etc. - Knowledge of programming languages, REST APIs, Graph APIs, and automation tools for digital workplace platforms. - Experience in endpoint applications lifecycle management and digital experience tools. - Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex hybrid environments. - Excellent communication skills. Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Intune (MD102) or equivalent endpoint certification. - Microsoft Certified: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop (AZ-140). - Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400). - Nexthink certification (preferred). - Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization. - VMware Certified Advanced Professional Desktop and Mobility Design.
