As a Techno-Functional Manager at Innspark based in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in blending technical expertise with project management capabilities. - SLA Management: Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to service level agreements across projects.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Requirement Management: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Delivery Oversight: Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely milestone delivery.
- Code and Quality Review: Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development with hands-on coding background.
- Preferably full stack development expertise.
- Good understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable applications.
- Proven experience in project management and team handling.
- Experience in managing SLAs and client-facing engagements.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
