Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 10+ years of technical experience in software development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a Technical Solution Architect role. - Strong proficiency in Java, React, Node.js, Python, or C#. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. - Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and mentor others.
