Role Overview:

As the Sales Manager, your main objective is to lead the team in achieving sales targets and increasing market share by utilizing technical skills. You will be responsible for monitoring dealers, managing client accounts, and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets for the period by leveraging technical skills and taking actions to boost market share.
  • Calculate client quotations and manage client accounts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Support Team for site visits and maximize trade/non-trade sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate, dealers, construction companies, and end customers to maximize sales and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand the client base in designated regions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on bids and tenders for new clients.
  • Work towards digitization and automation of processes within the organization.
  • Utilize advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for organizational success.
  • Seek developmental support from leadership, undergo necessary training, and update knowledge base for self and team development.
