Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will be part of iTech, a company accelerating its growth through innovative AI-driven products and cloud solutions. As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), your role will involve leading offshore teams in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML and software projects. You will provide technical oversight, Agile project management, and collaborate with clients, with a primary focus on integrating AI/ML into scalable, cloud-based solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams, shaping AI initiatives, and engaging with global clients, with the support of specialized engineers and data scientists. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple AI and software projects with offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality outcomes. - Conduct sprint reviews, provide status updates, and participate in client calls using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. - Support team performance reviews and contribute to the technical skill development of the team members. - Offer guidance on frontend technologies like React.js/Angular and backend technologies such as .Net Core/Node.js. - Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate and deploy AI/ML models effectively. - Utilize MLOps practices to streamline AI pipelines and guarantee the deployment of production-ready solutions. - Oversee AWS cloud deployments, focusing on scalability, cost efficiency, and security aspects. - Identify and mitigate project risks, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery timelines and sprint velocity. - Proactively resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives. - Present project roadmaps and provide technical insights to executives and clients. - Support pre-sales activities with estimations, proposals, and scope definition for AI-driven projects. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Prior experience in managing software projects that involve frontend (React.js or Angular) and backend (.Net Core or Node.js) components. - Proficiency in AWS cloud services. - Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deployment tools like AWS Sage Maker. Nice-to-Have: - Hands-on coding experience in Python or Scala. - Exposure to big data tools like Spark, Kafka, or databases such as SQL and NoSQL. - Demonstrated ability to oversee AI/ML integration into products successfully. - Basic understanding of AI ethics and governance principles. - Minimum of 5 years leading offshore development teams within an Agile environment. - Strong English communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members. - Experience in scaling teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
