Technical Project Manager for IT Service Based firm (US/UK Clients)

As a Technical Project Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end software development projects with a focus on MERN stack, MEAN stack, PHP, and cross-platform mobile & web applications. Your experience in AI integrations and modern tech stacks will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Execution: - Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation. - Coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Responsible for generating revenue from existing clients. - Team Leadership and Management: - Lead project teams by providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively. - Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. - Stakeholder Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors. - Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. - Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. - Resource Management: - Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency. - Coordinate with resource managers to allocate resources effectively based on project requirements. - Anticipate resource needs and plan accordingly to prevent delays in project execution. - Quality Assurance: - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to client requirements. - Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to address any deviations in project outputs. - Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of technical project management experience in the IT Service Sector. - Minimum of 2+ years in a Development/Technical Lead role. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication skills with experience in handling International clientele. - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
