You should have extensive experience in Salesforce development, administration, and architecture, with a strong ability to lead teams, projects, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Oversee Salesforce platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Manage Salesforce security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Optimize Salesforce automation, workflows, and reporting functionalities to enhance business efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of new Salesforce features and releases, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor Salesforce system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee Salesforce-related contracts and licenses.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and implementation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing Salesforce teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and data management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or Salesforce Architect) are highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
