Technical Lead (Expert in Angular and NodeJS)

As a Technical Lead at Melento, formerly SignDesk, you will be leading the design and development of cutting-edge workflow automation and documentation products. Your expertise in the MEAN stack, along with a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications, will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - **MEAN Stack Expertise:** Act as the subject matter expert for the entire MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack, providing guidance, establishing best practices, and driving complex technical decisions. - **Technology Strategy:** Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and patterns to meet business goals and technical requirements. - **Code Quality & Standards:** Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and perform rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across all development teams. - **Performance Optimization:** Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues in the application and database layers, ensuring efficient operation under high load. - **Security Focus:** Design systems with security best practices inherent in the architecture, especially concerning data protection, compliance (e.g., related to KYC, eSign, eNACH), and secure API development. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - **Mentorship:** Mentor and coach junior and senior developers on architectural patterns, engineering best practices, and emerging technologies.
