As a Supervisor / Team Leader Tech Operations (Molding), your role involves overseeing molding machine operations to meet production and quality targets. You will lead and support operators, coordinate resources, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement for efficient and safe production. Key Responsibilities: - Operate molding machines following SOPs to produce livestock identification tags that meet engineering and customer requirements. - Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance and product quality. - Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, molds, colors, fixtures, and components are staged and available for operations. - Receive detailed handover from the previous shift leader, verifying reported issues with proper documentation and follow-up. - Lead, supervise, and support operators to ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols. - Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct buddy system training for team development. - Oversee mold maintenance and ensure preventive maintenance is performed as scheduled. - Execute production plans, meet shift output targets, and coordinate with Quality for clearances. - Monitor production processes for malfunctions or deviations, taking prompt corrective actions. - Act as the primary liaison with Maintenance during breakdowns to minimize downtime. - Maintain accurate shift records including production output, quality issues, safety incidents, and maintenance activities. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Plastic Processing (PGD-PPT, DPT from CIPET) - Minimum of six years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding Industry, with an understanding of injection molding technology preferred. You will review SAP order execution and MES output, ensuring smooth operations and providing feedback.
