Tech Lead Software Development (Java & Python)

As an experienced candidate with at least 8 years in Microservices-based Architecture, middleware technology like Kafka, and design and development using open-source technology stack, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Design and implement projects based on Microservices and Service mesh architecture - Demonstrate expertise in DevOps, CI-CD, Test Automation, and strong design principles in at least three projects - Utilize Agile methodologies effectively in your work Your qualifications should include: - Proficiency in Java and Python - Experience in Angular, React Native, Node, and Spring Boot - Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django - Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elastic Search - Understanding of database concepts and experience with management systems like SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., Elastic Search, Redis) - Additional knowledge in Graph Database would be beneficial - Experience in AWS and Keycloak - Working knowledge of Apache Airflow and Kafka for workflow automation and broker - Familiarity with Spark using PySpark for AI/ML projects Please note that the work location for this Full-time position is a hybrid remote setup in Pune, Maharashtra.
