Tech CoE - Big Data/Machine Learning

As a Tech COE at Mu Sigma, you will be expected to: - Guide the client on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction. - Design data architectures, application architectures, and techniques. - Lead team members to prepare functional and technical specification documents. - Help team members debug and solve tough technical problems. - Lead engagements with multiple work-streams, prepare project plans, and manage deliverables. - Review and perform code walkthroughs and quality reviews. - Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies, and best/next practices. - Stay aware of key trends in the technology world. - Have hands-on experience with current and evolving technologies. - Ability to synthesize complex client requirements and define roadmaps. - In-depth understanding of multiple new-age technologies and standards. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical talk for consumption by business. - Ability to hold forth and influence while discussing with client Data Architects and Application Architects. - Support response to RFPs, RFIs on scoping, technical architectures, delivery mechanisms, risk, etc. In return, we offer you: - The opportunity to solve problem statements critical for our clients. - A fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and growth. - A young and dynamic team that strives to exceed client expectations. - A fast-track career path with ample opportunities for growth. Qualifications required: - Candidates with experience ranging from 5 to 10 years, with consideration for up to 15 years based on technical knowledge and capability. - Hands-on experience working on Big Data, Real-Time systems, or Machine Learning. - Designed and developed large-scale web-based/AI systems. - Designed and developed enterprise-level systems. - Experience in scaling complex systems in terms of criticality. - Minimum qualification of BE/BTech in CS or IT.
