Job Description

You will be joining Unified Vision Capital, a leading investment banking and advisory firm with a strong presence in India and globally. Your role will involve spearheading the 'Client Coverage' team, focusing on building and strengthening relationships with corporates and investors, as well as leading the origination and execution of complex investment banking transactions. The job locations available are in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Noida. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the senior liaison for corporate clients, providing high-quality relationship management. - Originate new business by understanding client strategies, industry dynamics, and capital requirements. - Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and execute relationship strategies aligned with client growth. - Ensure seamless coordination across product and sector teams for integrated client service delivery. - Develop and present tailored financing and strategic solutions in collaboration with sector/product teams. - Lead the preparation of client materials such as pitchbooks, company profiles, and financing proposals. - Identify opportunities for M&A, equity/debt issuance, and restructuring based on financial analysis and market benchmarking. - Drive the execution of complex transactions, including preparing information memorandums, supporting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with risk/legal protocols. - Review and validate financial models, valuation analyses, and investor presentations. - Build and maintain relationships with PE/credit funds, onshore and offshore GPs and LPs. - Identify investor mandates and match suitable proposals and transactions. - Manage end-to-end investor interactions to ensure successful deal placement. - Develop deep expertise across relevant sectors, acting as a thought partner to clients. - Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and competitive developments affecting clients. - Share regular insights on sector outlooks, capital markets, and potential inorganic opportunities. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred - 15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or client relationship leadership - Demonstrated experience in managing teams/verticals and investor coordination - Proven track record in client coverage and execution of complex transactions - In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and global financial markets - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure, dynamic environment **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong client orientation with ability to build senior-level relationships - Strategic and commercial mindset with origination capabilities - Expertise in deal structuring, execution, and investor management - Proven team leadership and mentoring ability - High integrity, accountability, and resilience If you join Unified Vision Capital, you will have the opportunity to lead the Client Coverage function in a high-impact leadership role, gain exposure to diverse investment banking products and marquee clients across geographies, be part of a collaborative culture driven by integrity and excellence, and influence firm-wide strategy while working closely with senior leadership and investors globally.
