As a Transformation Design Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and help build a better working world. Your role will involve working in the Transformation Delivery practice, focusing on complex business technology and infrastructure transformation. Here are the key responsibilities you will have: - Work with clients in the Program Management Office (PMO) or Project Portfolio Management to manage high-profile and complex programs using proven EY frameworks and methodologies - Partner with engagement leadership to design core processes and support delivery teams in planning, controlling, and executing complex programs - Collaborate with the Technology Solutions team to leverage technology in solution design - Key deliverables include assessments and process design, capability roadmap development and execution, and PMO setup & operations To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and attributes: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to collaborate effectively in a group setting - Flexibility and adaptability to change - Analytical and creative thinking to find innovative solutions - Attention to detail and ability to identify risks - Leadership qualities to mentor junior consultants - Business acumen and knowledge of consulting capabilities and industry trends To qualify for this role, you must have: - A bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) with 3-5 years of related work experience OR a graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience - Approximately 2 years of experience in large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in areas such as PMO design/set up, program execution, and portfolio management - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Flexibility to work in UK time zones - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools It would be beneficial to have: - An MBA or relevant graduate degree - Understanding of Agile concepts - Business analysis skills - Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps - Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum Agile, SAFe - Sector experience in Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Consumer Products, Media and Entertainment, Life Sciences At EY, we value individuals who can develop creative solutions, work well in teams, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
