You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support risk mitigation and protection of operational, financial, and reputational risks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to improve overall control effectiveness through detailed documentation, procedures, and findings. - Identify and investigate potential weaknesses within internal controls for continuous improvement and risk mitigation. - Develop reports to communicate key findings from risk assessments to control owners, senior management, and stakeholders. - Execute reviews to determine the effectiveness of the bank's internal controls framework aligned with policies, regulations, and best practices. - Implement adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework and assess controls against it. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in Science & Technology discipline. - Proven background in assessing Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model implementation or systems. - Practical knowledge of AI-driven cloud offerings such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, and related platforms. - Awareness of modern AI application delivery approaches and industry standards. - Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI technology/security; e.g., EU AI Act. This role will be based out of Gurugram. The purpose of this role is to assess the banks' internal control framework to support risk mitigation and protection of operational, financial, and reputational risks. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions. Lead a team performing complex tasks and deliver work that impacts the whole business function.
