Job Description
As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality processing of tasks within the specified cut-off times as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients and the front office.
- Demonstrating the importance of timely and accurate communication tailored to the specific audience.
- Supervising daily business processes and ensuring compliance with standard tools and minimum requirements such as daily team huddles, end-of-day dashboards, and daily supervisory checklists.
- Managing escalations both internally and externally to mitigate associated risks in the process.
- Keeping the management informed of any exceptional occurrences to facilitate appropriate actions.
- Understanding the impact of market trends on process flows.
- Developing effective working relationships across front-to-back processes in multiple locations to enhance operational efficiency.
In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and prioritize tasks based on criticality, impact, and franchise importance.
- Exceptional communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Independent problem-solving capabilities demonstrating analytical thinking, accountability, and execution proficiency.
- Ability to coordinate and manage work requirements independently across multiple business areas and functions, think innovatively, and engage with global stakeholders.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong team spirit and flexibility.
- Dedication to serving a demanding internal and external client base with a high degree of accuracy.
Additionally, the following professional skills are required for this role:
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field, or a minimum of 6 years of work experience in a Banking/Finance environment.
- Experience working in a global, cross-matrix reporting organization.
- Background in areas such as Collateral, Margin, Rates, Credit, FX, Securities, Treasury, or Liquidity Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to a good standard.
- Familiarity with automotive industry tools is considered beneficial for this position.
