You will be responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through job portals, social platforms, and professional networks. - Collaborate with business and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines. - Conduct detailed candidate assessments focusing on technical fit, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment. - Build strong talent pipelines and maintain regular candidate engagement. - Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights on talent trends and compensation benchmarks. - Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction. **Qualifications Required:** - 8-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a focus on headhunting. - Proven experience in managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment with strong closure capability. - Strong understanding of sourcing strategies across digital platforms and professional networks. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills. - Target-driven and detail-oriented approach toward recruitment delivery.
