- Developing innovative recruitment programs.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the international logistics sector swiftly.
- Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
- Demonstrating strong capabilities in Interviewing and Hiring processes.
- Experience in Employer Branding activities.
- Proven track record in employee engagement and enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Skilled in culture building initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective performance in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
