Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer at Azeus Systems Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing systems architectures to ensure security frameworks for our product, Azeus Convene. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating with systems administrators and project team members to manage system configuration efficiently. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining hardware and software to meet project requirements effectively. During your tenure, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to equip you with the necessary skills for the following key responsibilities: - Setting up servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers - Implementing applications developed by Azeus in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud - Leading the implementation of applications developed by Azeus in client premises, including server and application software hardening and firewall policies setup - Identifying and analyzing system integration problems - Resolving server issues by identifying root causes and taking immediate remedial actions - Formulating and implementing corrective actions for recurring problems - Implementing preventive actions to avoid recurring issues - Identifying repetitive tasks and recommending tools for automation - Being on-call for support cases What we are looking for: - A fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills - Good organization skills and ability to work well under pressure and time constraints - Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and different time zones - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar systems engineering/support/DevOps role - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud, firewalls, and Linux-based systems Join Azeus Systems Limited and be part of our dynamic support team dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions for Boards and Leadership Teams globally.
