Systems Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and security. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling VPN configuration, management, and troubleshooting for secure remote access. - Providing day-to-day support for system administration tasks such as user management, software installations, and backups. - Overseeing and supporting front office IT operations, including network setup and troubleshooting. - Performing system updates, patch management, and monitoring system performance and security. - Assisting in setting up and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in AWS environments. - Promptly troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and VPN-related issues. - Maintaining IT documentation, including network topology and VPN configurations. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and secure IT operations. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 1 to 3 years of experience in system administration. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. - Hands-on experience with VPN configuration and management. - Familiarity with system and network troubleshooting tools. - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support front office operations. - AWS certification (Preferred but not mandatory). - Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment. Additionally, the company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of work experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from 25,000.00 to 30,000.00. The work schedule includes both day and night shifts, and the work location is in person.
