Job Description

As a member of the Surgery & Emergency Department team, your role will involve providing essential support in surgical and emergency care settings. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in surgical procedures and emergency department tasks Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes Maintaining a sterile environment and following safety protocols Accurately documenting patient care and procedures Participating in patient education and discharge planning To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant field Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Join our team and contribute to providing top-notch care to our patients in need.
