Job Description
As a Global Project Lead - CongressHub and Analytics at Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences in a global setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the overall development and optimization of the CongressHub website to ensure a best-in-class customer experience and support business needs and targets.
- Leading the backlog of development items for CongressHub in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring optimal coordination and efficient resource utilization.
- Establishing and maintaining cross-functional collaboration to drive omnichannel and data insights ambitions for congresses.
- Taking a data-driven approach to optimize healthcare professional (HCP) experiences across CongressHub and the wider HCP+ ecosystem at Novo Nordisk.
- Leading and supporting various global omnichannel digital projects, ensuring timely deliverables and global-local alignment.
- Acting as a sparring partner for data and insight-related projects to enhance customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with global brand teams, IO teams, markets, and market OCE leads to support strategic priorities and ensure effective collaboration.
- Driving innovation and exploring new technologies to personalize customer experiences and enhance the development strategy.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Masters or bachelors degree in a relevant area.
- At least 8 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in multichannel/digital marketing, customer experience, and digital platforms optimization.
- Advanced competencies in driving performance, stakeholder relationships, cross-functional processes, leveraging insights, strategy and tactics development, and digital/omnichannel customer engagement.
- Advanced project management skills, including project initiation, planning, execution, risk management, budget management, and completion.
In addition to your role as a Global Project Lead, you will be part of the Congress Excellence team within Global Medical Affairs, Product & Portfolio Strategy at Novo Nordisk GBS. The team is headquartered in Denmark and comprises highly motivated project managers, a dedicated graphic designer, and copywriter. Working closely with the Global Medical Affairs teams in Denmark, the team delivers clear, evidence-based scientific and medical communications about products to the external scientific community. The mission is to design and co-create exemplary engagement across all congress activities that support lead generation and increase visibility of Novo Nordisk congress initiatives.
