Support Analyst, Sales

As a Support Analyst - Sales & Research at our multi-national Investment Bank, you will be a key member of the IT Production Support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Sales & Research business systems. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure seamless system operations, and provide user support for sales and research applications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert support for applications and infrastructure related to Sales & Research services. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. - Address user queries and troubleshoot application issues for Sales & Research applications. - Assist in enhancing and maintaining processes. - Work with Linux and Windows server environments. Qualification Requirements: - 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field. Essential Skills: - Strong knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). - Advanced familiarity with Linux server environments. - Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure components such as EC2, S3, RDS, LB, etc. - Basic knowledge of networking principles. - Familiarity with CI-CD environments and processes, along with integration using technologies.
