Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be joining the Strategy team at Temenos, reporting to a Strategy Director. In this role, you will collaborate with Temenos senior management to develop and implement customized business strategies aimed at growing the company's top-line and transforming its business. Projects will cover areas such as Growth Strategy, Product Strategy, Business unit / Regional Strategy, M&A, Investor Relations, Competitive response, and Pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive commercial consulting skills and learn to run and grow a technology company through full breadth of Corporate Strategy.
- Gain insights into banking market and competitive landscape at regional & central levels by analyzing data, conducting research, and engaging with Clients, Partners, Investors, experts, and internal stakeholders.
- Devise market entry, market expansion, product, and turnaround strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regions to formulate Go-to-Market strategies such as Corporate Lending and Banking-as-a-Service.
- Develop competitor-specific strategies to improve win-rate, including Product-market fit, Partnerships, and Deal execution.
- Extract insights and formulate recommendations to contribute to Product Strategy and roadmap.
- Drive/support special projects commissioned by the ExCo, like Strategic Fit assessments for M&A and targeted growth initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently conduct hypothesis-driven analysis and develop compelling insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build positive relationships with different business partners.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and high quality standards.
- Specific technical skills including Market/industry analysis within Banking and Financial Services, Consulting toolkit, Market sizing, Excel/data modeling/PowerPoint.

Pre-requisites To Apply:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience at a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or business.
- Master's degree in Management or other business-related area.
