As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Netradyne, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic and technical initiatives across the AI/ML product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include program and product leadership, customer and stakeholder engagement, technical program management, and operational excellence.
**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of strategic programs, leading cross-functional planning, translating business requirements into actionable roadmaps, and managing program schedules. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and reviewing new solution concepts, leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions, and working closely with global clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs
- Lead cross-functional planning and delivery
- Translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps
- Manage program schedules for AI/ML development lifecycles
- Collaborate with clients to align project vision
- Define and track KPIs for program success
- Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence
**Essential Skills & Experience:**
- 12+ years of experience in program management
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and scalable architectures
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies
- Ability to lead complex programs under tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC and cloud architecture
**Qualifications:**
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science or related field
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, AWS certifications are a big plus
