Job Description
Role Overview:
As a highly motivated senior Sales and Partnership Leader at Flexmoney Technologies Pvt. Ltd, you will be leading Sales, Partnerships, and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for the next phase of growth. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Enterprise Sales function for the merchant business, including direct sales of the Universal Affordability Platform solution to specific accounts, vertical specific GTMs, and adoption across multiple commerce segments. Additionally, you will drive successful licensing partnerships with key aggregators and other commerce partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Network and connects in the relevant target corporate customers: Utilize your deep connects with decision makers in relevant business verticals to negotiate and close deals with prospective corporate customers.
- Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution: Segment the market landscape, create sales strategy, business plan, and revenue targets for merchant adoption and successfully execute them.
- Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities: Keep abreast of market trends and identify new opportunities and gaps for developing new products and solutions.
- Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts: Drive sales and monetization of Flexmoney's UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts as per the sales strategy.
- Build a High-Performance Sales Team & Culture: Attract and build a high-performance sales team, set aggressive sales targets, and ensure they are exceeded.
- Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets: Own and achieve business and sales targets for merchant adoption, monetization, and commerce distribution.
- Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships: Identify key partnerships, negotiate commercials, and drive them to go live with internal stakeholders.
- Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners: Develop solid relationships with C-level and senior executives in partner accounts and client networks.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM: Work with internal stakeholders to drive successful GTM adoption and achieve sales & revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field dealing with large customers in the Enterprise Commerce space.
- Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships is a must.
- Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus.
- Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers.
- Collaborative attitude and adept at working cohesively with ecosystem.
- Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for over-achieving targets.
