Job Description
As a Partner Manager at Google Customer Solutions, you will play a crucial role in building strategic partnerships and driving growth for investors. Your primary focus will be on small- and medium-sized businesses, where you will work closely with company owners to help them achieve their business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strategic partnerships and develop annual joint business plans with investors.
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly milestones and growth objectives, driving scalable marketing initiatives and growth across a wide range of portfolio customers.
- Own a portfolio of investors, identify opportunities for advertising growth, manage risks, and build multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Influence senior stakeholders representing diverse functions within the organization to consistently grow new and existing business.
- Collaborate with internal counterparts on cross-Google partnership opportunities to provide a cohesive experience to investors and their portfolio customers.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience working with startups or venture capital/private equity firms.
